This website, shop.lefamilyoffice.net (the "Site"), is operated by East Crest Management LLC, doing business as Le Wellness ("Le Wellness," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility and US-only sales

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders with a shipping address outside the United States will not be accepted.

Products and health information

We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately, including ingredients, sizes and colors. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and packaging may change from time to time.

Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about our supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Read all labels and directions before use, and keep products out of reach of children.

Prices, payment and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping rates and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when we hand them to the carrier.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Le Wellness and Peptide Mike names, logos, designs, text, graphics and images, belong to East Crest Management LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information.

The Site uses third-party services, such as our payment processor and fulfillment partners, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless East Crest Management LLC and its members, employees and partners from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
