When your order ships
- Supplements and coffee ship from our fulfillment partner, usually within 2–3 business days.
- Peptide Mike tees are printed to order. Production takes about 2–7 business days, plus delivery time.
- If your order includes both, it may arrive in separate packages. You will get a tracking email for each one.
Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on tees or supplements. Tees are printed to order, so please check the size chart before you buy.
How to report a problem
Email lefamilyoffice.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
